Coach: Ricardo “Rich” Sanchez
Player: Jillian Sanchez

Rich’s coaching career started in 2010 when his son turned 5. Rich found himself running around with little ones on the soccer pitch. Watching the team grow together and move in the same direction as a group makes coaching worth the time and energy it takes. Rich has coached multiple sports including not only soccer, but tee ball, baseball, flag football, and softball. He enjoys watching the players grow and mature through their sport and start having a true passion for the game. Rich’s philosophy on sports is, “Never exclude yourself from learning something new. Yes, it’s scary in the beginning but when you have great teammates to lean on, it makes it easier. Not every game is for everyone, but for those who work hard, stick with it, and always leave everything out on the field, success is imminent. What you put into it is what you get out of it.”
